Ralph said that they use Visual Paradigm Online (VP Online) to create mind map. It is web based drawing software that features a variety of delicate mind map examples, templates and editing features, which allows users to create organized and style-rich mind map for a variety of purposes like ideas generation, problem solving, presentation, brainstorming, task management, project management, etc.

- Create new concept and idea nodes with hot key (this allows you focus on brainstorming instead of operating the tool)
- Drag to move the whole branch of nodes, which saves you a lot of time in maintaining a perfect layout
- Automatic colored nodes. This helps you categorize ideas by applying different color code automatically.
Ralph said that a good mind mapping tool should allow you to focus on generating and organizing ideas, not on operating the drawing tool. He think that Visual Paradigm have done a lot to make mind mapping a smooth and effective process.
Ralph ends by pointing out that VP Online also support other diagram types such as Flowchart, UML, ArchiMate, ERD, mind map, organization chart, venn diagram, SWOT, PESTLE, floowplan, AWS Architecture Diagram, etc.
